Fruit and Spinach Salad
- Fresh Spinach
- Lettuce
- Almonds (raw)
- Strawberries
- Grapes
- Feta Cheese
- (Red Wine) Vinaigrette Dressing
cook time: a couple minutes
Wash your veggies and fruit. Crush almonds and cut grapes in half, chop up the rawberries. Make it into a salad (derp) and add the feta cheese. Add dressing as desired.

CHILLIII (with jalapeno krunchers)
- 1lb of ground beef
- 1 large onion
- assortment of bell peppers
- can of diced tomato
- can of tomato paste/sauce
- can of black beans (rinsed)
- can of kidney beans (rinsed)
- can of pinto beans (rinsed)
- 1 cup-ish frozen corn
- 2-3 Tblsp of Salsa
- Hot sauce (to taste)
- 1 Tblsp chilli powder
- couple cloves of crushed garlic
Toppings
- shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
Cook time: 30-60 minutes
Brown the ground beef in a large saucepan, then drain of fat. While the beef is draining, chop up the onion and bell peppers and saute in the sauce pan. Once they’re mostly soft then add the beef in again. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the toppings.
Bring the whole pot to a simmer and cook until the corn is cooked and you’re ready to eat it.
Top with the toppings and eat with Jalapeno Krunchers and it’s delicious.
Clean time: 10 minutes or so.
MEXICAN WRAP
- corn tortilla
- cheese slice
- deli meat (turkey in our case)
- salsa
Stick in oven until cheese is warm to melty. add turkey and salsa. Wrap and eat.

Easy Banana Split
- 1 banana
- Some vanilla ice cream
- Strawberries - frozen or fresh
- Nutella (chocolate syrup is a little easier)
- Whipped cream (we like RediWhip)
cook time: two or three minutes
Thaw strawberries if they’re frozen. Scoop lots of ice cream into your favorite bowl. Put the strawberries on top, on the sides, where the ever you want ‘em. Cut the banana in half, place one half on either side of your desert. Top with Nutella or chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Devour that son of a bitch.
clean time: 30 seconds. Rinse the bowl, spoon, and ice cream scooper (or other spoon you used as an ice cream scooper)

DeliMex Taquitos
- You buy them at the store
- And salsa
- Shredded cheese, too.
cook time: 3 minutes
Put the taquitos in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add cheese as desired. Microwave for another minute. Add corn to the salsa if you want too, it’s delicious.
clean time: put the plate in the sink. 2 seconds.
Easy Spicy Ranch
- Ranch
- Red Pepper Flakes
cook time: 7-10 seconds
Put ranch in a dipping cup. Add red pepper flakes to reach desired spicyness. That’s it.
clean time: lick the cup clean
